TERMS & CONDITIONS

Price of goods

The price listed on this Website (the "Price") for Glanmire Garden Fencing products will be as stipulated when you make an order. The website displays prices including VAT. When you order or reserve a product, you will receive an email with the price inclusive of VAT. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price from time to time to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the prices on the Website are wrong. We are also entitled to make adjustments to the price of products during sale times and introduce promotions on products without notice.

Product descriptions and images

As many of our products are of a technical nature, it is not practical to give a detailed description for all products, we include as much information as possible in the specification tab. Due to the large range of product on this website, we cannot assure that all information is accurate and up to date at any given time. Under Irish law, you have the right to:

• Send the good back to us if it is faulty / damaged or in need of repair
• Cancel your contract with us and return the good to us, even if it is not faulty or damaged, as long as your purchase fulfils the criteria outlined below.

When you receive a delivery from us, please inspect the item(s) immediately to make sure you are completely satisfied that the item(s) match the description you were provided with and the item(s) are of acceptable quality.

Returns, Refund Policy and Returning Goods to Glanmire Garden Fencing

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Please see “Right to Cancel” below for returns policy exception for custom made goods. Any goods returned must be in the same perfect condition as when purchased. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

   

Right to Cancel (Your right to cancel your contract with us)

This cancellation policy only applies to orders and standard goods received which have been bought online at www.glanmiregarcenfencing.ie.
However products that are custom made (custom made timber and products /gates and panels) cannot be cancelled or refunded once product is made. It is advisable all custom order cancellations are made at the earliest possible time. Generally custom orders begin within 24 hours or order so cancellation is required at your earliest possible convenience.

If you decide to cancel a purchase, we want your cancellations to be hassle-free. Should you wish to cancel your purchase subject to the terms laid out below, you have the right to do so, without giving any reason, before and up to 14 calendar days after you obtained physical possession of the goods. This is provided that the item(s) are in as sold condition, and in their original packaging. You must then send back the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase.”

Terms applying to cancellation:

Where you decide to exercise your right of cancellation, you are responsible for costs incurred to return item(s) to us. The cost of returns is the same as the cost paid for delivery.

If you cannot return the goods to us by your own means please contact us and we will arrange for the good to be collected. We will issue you a full refund of the purchase price on receipt of the returned goods, with original packaging. If you have diminished the value of the goods by handling it or testing it beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right not refund you the entire amount.

We will reimburse you not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The Sale Of Goods And Supply Of Services Act (1980) as well as other pieces of Irish and EU legislation that protect consumers.

The consumer has a number of rights under this legislation including:
